1. Acceptance of Terms

Zillah Technologies LTD provides ICT solutions including web design and development, software development, and related digital products. We also offer paid consultations, which may be scheduled and conducted online, and ongoing client support through our ticketing system.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, request quotes, make purchases, or track orders and support tickets, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Products, Projects & Delivery

• Digital products, where applicable, are delivered via download link after successful payment.
• Custom development projects and services are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and terms agreed with the client for that engagement.
• You are granted a license to use purchased digital products or delivered project work for your own business or personal use, as agreed at the time of purchase or engagement.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of purchased digital products without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for products, services, and consultations may be made via M-Pesa or other supported payment methods. Refunds for digital products already delivered, or for consultations already conducted, are not provided. Refunds for custom projects or services are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the agreement made with the client before work began.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, templates, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Zillah Technologies LTD or its licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client project. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from our own products or website content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zillah Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
